    Cleaning of stairwells and shared spaces for housing companies. Frequency and scope are agreed with the property manager or the board.

    Cleaning before you hand over a home or before you move in. Tell us the moving date and we plan the time around it.

    Cleaning of business premises. Times and frequency are agreed around your working days.

04Household deduction

Household tax deduction for cleaning

When you buy cleaning for your home from a company listed in the Finnish prepayment register (ennakkoperintärekisteri), you can claim the household deduction (kotitalousvähennys) for the share of the work. ONX is listed in the prepayment register.

The Finnish Tax Administration sets the conditions and the amounts. Check the current details on vero.fi.
