What we collect
When you send a quote request on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, your email address and/or phone number, the service you chose, the address or area, the size of the place in square metres, your preferred date and your message.
We never ask for a personal identity code or other sensitive data. Please do not write them in the message field.
What we use it for
We use the details only to reply to your quote request, prepare a quote and agree the cleaning with you.
The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). If we agree on cleaning, the details are also used to carry out the contract and to meet bookkeeping obligations.
Who processes it
The form details are sent as an email to the ONX mailbox onx.finland@gmail.com. Nothing is stored on the website itself.
We use these service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and form delivery), Zoho ZeptoMail in its EU data centre (email delivery) and Google (the Gmail mailbox that receives quote requests). These providers may also process data outside the EU and EEA. In that case the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or another transfer basis under the GDPR.
We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request details only as long as needed to handle the quote and any resulting customer relationship, and bookkeeping records for the time the law requires. TODO: retention period for quote requests, e.g. 12 months, Marwan to confirm

This site does not currently use cookies or visitor analytics. If we add analytics, we will update this notice.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have wrong data corrected, to ask for erasure or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to onx.finland@gmail.com.
